1. What This Website Is

This is an independent private reference site, not a government office. It neither stores official criminal records nor pulls records, performs official checks, or files documents on a visitor's behalf.

Its function is to identify custodians such as the Woodford County sheriff, Circuit Clerk, Illinois State Police Bureau of Identification, and Illinois State Police Sex Offender Registry, while also linking to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Illinois restrictions apply with particular force to misuse of Illinois State Police Sex Offender Registry data, which can bring criminal penalties. Registry information supports safety awareness, never vigilante conduct or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone

• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
